We accept payment via check, bank wire, cash, credit card, Apple Pay, and Venmo. Please note that all digital payments are subject to a 3% transaction fee. To facilitate a seamless transaction, we can save cards on file with approval.

The mowing season typically commences in the first or second week of April, depending on weather conditions, and extends until the end of October. Grounded exclusively provides weekly mowing services; bi-weekly options are not available. Customers will be scheduled for a designated mowing day at the beginning of the year, covering the entire season.

We are open from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturdays

The optimal time to plant annuals and perennials is early spring, after the last frost. For trees and shrubs, fall is ideal, with mild soil temperatures, warm days, and cool nights. This timing allows the plants to establish roots effectively before the onset of hot summer days

For each customer, we schedule free consultations and provide estimates following the consultation. Over the years, we have successfully developed efficient routes for our crews, covering the Columbus, Ohio region, and most surrounding areas.
